“What are you getting Malfoy for Valentine’s Day, Harry?”
“He told me not to get him anything. He said he wants to spoil me this year.”
“I don’t believe it. Malfoy is the vainest, most selfish person on the planet. He has to have an angle.”
“Has it occurred to you that I actually love Harry, Weasley? It means the world to me just to see him smile.”
“I wouldn’t have bet on you being such a sap, Malfoy.”
“Draco! Hello, love. I missed you last week. I’m so glad you’re home. Those business trips take you away much too often for my taste.”
“Having a good visit with Weasley?”
“Yes. Right up until he started maligning the love of my life’s character.”
“You have to admit, Harry, he is a spoiled prat.”
“He may act like that in public, but I wager he’d give me the moon if I was inclined to ask for it.”
“You know me well, love.”
“Stop. I may go into a coma with all this sweetness.”
“I feel quite sorry for your wife, Weasley. You have no sense of romance.”
“Hermione knows that. She loves me regardless of my flaws.”
“She must have the patience of a saint, then.”
“I’m not that bad am I?”
“I’m staying away from that one, mate. What are you getting Hermione for Valentine’s day?”
“I thought some roses and a book, perhaps. I still can’t believe Malfoy didn’t want some extravagant bouquet of roses or something. ”
“Harry’s smile means more to me than a dozen roses ever could.”
