I conquered my personal Everest tonight!
I ate a hotdog for dinner. Chili, cheese mustard and sauerkraut. Mmmmmm.
It was really good.
And no guiltiness either.
Yay me!
Silly to be so happy over that, I know, but I haven't had a full out hotdog since well before my father died.
It was wonderful. No fear of guilt at all.
