4th grade English frieded my brainseses...
So...today was MUCH better than yesterday. Just knowing what he had to do and all that was a big, fat, hairy relief. I'm not on the verge of tears or sobbing like a baby today, which is a very vast improvement over yesterday's state of affairs.
It was a good day today. I didn't lose my cool, and I tried to be as patient as possible with my nephew, which I think he appreciated. That being said, 4th grade English is exhausting. He had a lot to do in just that one subject, and even my brain was tired after helping him.
I really didn't know whether to laugh or cry when my grandmother tried to empathize with me by informing me that I hadn't used my brain for years, so it was only natural to be exhausted.
Gee, thanks. I love you, too.
