 These last few days have been a tad uneven in the happiness department, so as per my usual behaviour, I wanted to make a list to remind myself of things I can do to feel better.

4.Eat a piece of dark chocolate
5.Yoga/Meditation
6,Call my nephews
7. Sketch or write.
8. Listen to music
9. Sleep
10.Browse for food on Amazon.
