bleedingangel84: (pansies)
My userhead, which I received as a gift last year (thank you [livejournal.com profile] digthewriter) was supposed to have expired on the 11th of this month. My profile says it is still active and is not giving me the option to switch to the default head. I don't particularly want to be bald again, but this is slightly concerning me. I just don't want the lj cops coming after me for still having my head on. God, that sounds weird. Or is my computer just glitching and I am bald to everyone else but myself now? Paranoid girl getting paranoid about weird pointless crap, Going to go offline now, and hopefully sleep or watch tv until I have to get my grandmother her daily yogurt.

Hope everyone is well. Going to find a blanket and curl under it. Good morning/evening/midday, depending on which timezone you are in. I will shut up...now...

Bye. Thank you for reading this pointless post. I will now return you to your regularly scheduled programming.

Thank you!

I have to give a HUGE thank you to [livejournal.com profile] digthewriter for my new userhead!  Thank you so much!  <3

Why does LJ constantly have to change what worked? The new profile pages are yeech! They look awful to me. Apologies if you like them, but...no. Just...no. I wish like fuck they offered a rollback option for all the stupid changes they make.

Is anyone else having trouble posting?

Please direct your feedback through the proper channels, and be respectful when addressing the LJ staff. They are just doing their jobs.

Right now, I'm craving a ham sandwich on pumpernickel bread with spinach dip. I have the ham, I have the dip, but I don't have the bread. The bread is what makes that sandwich. It might sound disgusting, but it tastes really nice. Methinks I need to buy some pumpernickel the next time I shop, yes?

On another note, LiveJournal keeps switching my journal update page from the old version to the new version and back. Make up your melon, LJ. Geez.

That's all I have to say right now, but I do hope everyone is well. Thank you.
bleedingangel84: (life =creating yourself)
I do not like adjusting to LJ changes. I'm not liking the update page now. It was fine before, but I might keep using the new one so I can start to adjust to this.  Why do they keep changing things that already worked? Rollback, rollback rollback.  I need some sleep.

Has anyone else had issues when leaving comments lately? I tried to Leave a comment on[livejournal.com profile] enchanted_jae's fic, Time Will Tell, and it wouldn't let me the first two times I tried to. The third time, it let me, thank goodness. Is anyone else having this problem, or is it just me? Frustrated girl is frustrated.

Anyhow, it was a really good fic, with a highly innovative use of a Time Turner, which made me laugh out loud. It is slash, which is male on male. No like, no read. Simple as that.

I really need to laugh some more today, so I'm off to look through some more recs.

I am all over this, my friends. As always, purchasing a charity/fundraising VGift for me will earn you a fic.

Join us in standing up for reproductive health and education. Planned Parenthood, the organization that delivers reproductive health care, sex education and information to millions of people worldwide, has come under fire in the U.S. lately, with many politicians on both state and federal level seeking to end funding (and in a few cases succeeding).

During the month of May, you can send a specially designed Planned Parenthood vgift to your friends to help support this cause. (And if you need someone to send it to, [livejournal.com profile] frank is always happy to receive gifts!) There are three variations ($1, $5 and $10) for you to choose from, but they'd all look good on your profile when your friends know that you stand by something so important.

Thank you all for your help in our support for Planned Parenthood. This promotion ends June 1, 2012; LiveJournal is not affiliated with Parent Parenthood. For more information about Planned Parenthood, please visit: http://www.plannedparenthood.org/

It makes NO sense to me. I liked the way it was before. It was easier to see, and worked well for my needs. Now the script is tiny-tiny. And I kinda miss the pencil. Ehh. Can we please have a rollback option? I'm of the opinion that new does not equal improved in this case.

What is with these damn trojan warnings? Gah. Now I'm paranoid about computer viruses. Thank you, live journal. Goody.
