Don't you know,
I feel
dysfunctional-
emotional-
Oh, wait-
nothing at all-
blank-
China doll
with no-
face-
empty mask-
no trace-
of a smile-
no indication-
of emotion-
just a vacant-
space.

Smile used to
sit there-
echoes of past-
laughter
filling the air-
give me nothing-
or
give me eternity-
but don't leave me out here-
alone-
cold and broken-
no vacancy-
in a heart filled with pain

dropped-
shattered-
pieces of perfection-
scattered
on a soft
brown
carpet-

bits of my
artificial smile-
pulverized-ground to dirt.nothing-
but
white ash
and screams.
