A Day From Hades

I had a reeaally bad day. I'm hormonal and teary and yuck. My sister had to bring the hammer down on my nephew in front of me, and my nephew and I were both crying by the end of it. I'm still crying. Can I please have hugs? Or something? I don't even know what to say, but I still feel really horribly awful about today, and hugs and/ or support would be very much appreciated by me right now.
