Summary: Draco doesn’t want to attend the Weasley dinner.
“Ugh! Harry, must we go to dinner at the Weasley’s? You know Ronald hates me.”
“He doesn’t hate you, Draco. And you call him Ronald now instead of Weasley. That’s an improvement.”
“I have to call him Ronald when we go to The Burrow. If I just called him Weasley, fifty people might turn around.”
“Ron’s family is not that big.”
“Close enough. Between his brothers, their partners, and various offspring, it seems like a hundred people at times.”
“It can feel a bit overwhelming at times, even for me. Thank you for agreeing to go.”
“I didn’t want to disappoint you. Will Ginevra be in attendance?”
“As far as I’m aware, yes. She promised she wouldn’t hex you again.”
“Good. She still has a wicked Bat Bogey hex any time she disagrees with someone.”
“Molly has banned her from hexing anyone. If she dares to cross the line, Molly made her agree to be the twins’ test subject for a month.”
“That seems like cruel and unusual punishment. It’s almost enough to make me feel sorry for her.”
“Who are you and what have you done with Draco Malfoy?”
“I said ‘almost’. So long as she realizes you’re my boyfriend, I can be cordial enough.”
“I love you.”
“You’d better.”
