Summary: Draco is nervous for his first family dinner with the Weasleys.
“I can’t do this. Don’t make me.”
“Draco, you’ll be fine. I promise.”
“You can’t promise that. Fred and George are going to be there, aren’t they?”
“Well, yes. It is a Weasley family dinner.”
“I rest my case.”
“Draco, they’ve promised to behave.”
“And you trust them?”
“Yes. They know we’re seeing each other, and the twins are like my brothers. If they hurt you, that would hurt me. They wouldn’t do that. Not deliberately, anyway.”
“I feel like I’ve got a dragonin my stomach.”
“What happened to butterflies?”
“I had those earlier. The dragon ate them.”
“Calm down. You’re free to be yourself here. No one will judge.”
“Are you sure?”
“We’ve both faced some hard truths in order to be together. The Weasleys respect that.”
“I trust you, but I’m still nervous.”
“I’d be worried if you weren’t nervous. I’m glad you care so much.”
