New Year's Resolution post of Doom, 2013
Dec. 31st, 2012 05:08 pmSo, as promised, I am making a post of New Year's Resolutions I think I did a decent job of sticking to the ones I made last year, so I'm going to post some more for 2013 and see if I can't do an even better job of things. I'm going to try to keep them doable, so hopefully I'll stick to them.
1) Listen to more music.
This one is pretty self-explanatory. Music makes me happy. I need a lot of happy, so lots of music seems logical.
2) Laugh more often.
This is a carry-over from last year's list. Again, self-explanatory. Laughing from joy is something I need more of in my life.
3) Trust myself to be good.
This one is the hard one for me. Too often, I feel like the world's most evil person. This has a lot to do with some completely wretched and awful experiences I had as a young teen that come back to bite me in the ass every so often. Somewhere deep inside of me, I think that I'm inherently evil, just because I was born. This is completely not logical. I want nothing to do with hurting any man, woman, child, animal or being on this planet. I am not inherently bad, nor do I believe that the rest of humanity is bad. Everyone deserves love, and that includes loving myself.
4) Drink more fluid.
I tend to dehydrate easily. I've never quite had the eating or drinking habits of a normal person. I figured if I put this on my resolutions list, I'd be more likely to do it.
5) Do More Yoga and exercise
Healthy body, healthy mind.
Hope you all have a brilliant New Year!
