Summary: Scorpius finds out what Al really wants for Christmas.

Questions Answered

“Scorpius, you are a sexual deviant. “

“And you, my friend, are an aromantic prune.”

“I am not aromantic, and I’m not a prune.”

“You are so. Rose Weasley has a crush on you, but you won’t give her the time of day. She’s cute. I don’t see why you won’t date her. It occurred to me you might be struggling with an inability to feel romantic attraction.”

“She’s like my sister, Scorpius. That’s just not on.”

“So, am I your brother?”

“Scorpius, you are not my brother.”

“What am I to you, then?”

“Quit asking questions! I want some coffee. Don’t you?”

“No coffee, thanks. I need something hotter…”

“Scorpius, you truly make me want to Scourgify my brain sometimes.”

“ Loosen up, Albus. Really, I was just teasing. What would you like for Christmas?”

“For this horrid music to stop playing constantly.”

“I rather like it.”

“’All I Want for Christmas is You’? What kind of a song is that?”

“It’s sweet. Unless you really are adopting aromanticism as a lifestyle. In which case, it would be wasted on you.”

“It’s lame. I need some air. “

‘Don’t you want coffee?”

“Changed my mind.”

“Wait, Al! Can’t have you going off angry.”

“As if you’d care.”

“I do. Now, what’s got your knickers in a twist? Teasing you about Rose?”

“No. It’s the fact that you seem to think I’m incapable of romantic feeling, you twit!”

“Well, Al, it’s just that I’ve never seen you dating anyone.”

“Says the man who dates every living thing at Hogwarts with a pulse.”

“Not true. I won’t go near the giant squid. Mind you, those tentacles might be interesting…”

“Scorpius…eww. You… I have had enough!

Albus growled and dove across the table, watching with pleasure as Scorpius’ eyes widened just before he kissed him.

“Well, that clears up my question then.”

“I want you. I have always wanted you, and it killed me to have to watch you take up with everyone but me. I don’t share well.”

“You don’t have to. Merry Christmas, Al.”

“You want me?”

“Yes. The others I dated were just keeping your spot warm.”

“From now on, I warm you up.”
