Pretty much my same old ones, but, here goes.

1. Laugh and/or smile at something or someone at least once per day.

2. Drink more water.

3.Sing out loud without worrying whether people will hear me.

4. Try not to isolate so much.

5. Do at least one thing that scares me before the year is up.

Thank you so much for the encouragement and well-wishes. I find it easier to stick to my resolutions if I've written them down. I tend to go back and re-read them to remind myself of my goals. I don't think I could stick with a resolution to swear less, either. That's the one bad habit I have left to myself since I'm trying to be less self-destructive, and it's a far healthier outlet than most of the other things I was doing. I hope 2015 treats you kindly, and I wish you every happiness.
