Sooo...I got tagged by my_thestral. Here are the rules of the thing.

1. Find a fanwork that is different from what you normally read. This can be a new genre, pairing, kink, fandom, or even just an author you've never read anything by.

2. Enjoy and leave some comment love for the author/artist.

3. Report back in a post and challenge three other people to do the same.

As most of you will likely know, I read. write and dream Harry/Draco when it comes to the things I read, and mostly write as well. Recently, I've started to branch out a bit in terms of what pairings I pick to write, but I had never yet read a Ron/Draco fic that was not my own creation. I am happy to report that I can no longer claim any such thing. I have read (and officially squeed over) a Ron/Draco fic. Maybe it was cheating to read something by the person who tagged me, but if so, it was well worth it, because that fic was hot enough to almost scorch my keyboard. And it had a side pairing that was quite surprising as well, so either way, it qualifies according to the rules. I'm normally not big on fics with infidelity in, but in this, it works.

Thanks again for having read it, I kind of fell on my ass flat when I saw you picked mine - though I'm happy like a week old piggy in a mud.

I'm going to be a good friend now and do you a favour, that Praevarus did me: the colour of your font is too dark for your background in the section where you mention the rules. If you don't know how to fix it, let me know and I'll try to come up with a solution. I hope you don't take that as a criticism, I'm just being a Hermione, pointing out to a smudge on your nose, Ron. ;) Only best friends do that! ;)

You are so welcome! I am very glad I read it. You actually sold me on Ron/Draco, which, believe me, I never thought I would like, but you really made it believable. I normally would've never read Ron/Draco, but it was good to expand my horizons a bit.

And I don't take offense at the comment on the font at all. I noticed that, but it was doing something wonky when I posted. It should be fixed now. *hugs you and offers chocolate* :)
