Sometimes people make my heart hurt. Facebook can be a morass of negativity, especially if it's anything lgbtq related and you're from the South. Seriously, people, just learn not to say anything if you can't be respectful about shit. If I were a drinking person, these people would push me over the edge sometimes. Eesh. Seriously, where the hell did I come from, and how the hell can I go back?

At least I can thank the Creator for allowing me an open mind. What was it Ghandi said?

"I like your Christ, but I don't like your Christians?"

Kinda sums up how I feel right now. And most of the time, actually.

I don't see why people say things that are so hurtful. What good does that do anyone?

Please, do not ever, ever, ever let me be a judgemental asshat person. I couldn't stand myself if I was.

Well, to be honest, I only have people I personally know and whose stance in life I agree with as my FB friends - and my Croatian family, cause that's a way to stay in touch, so it's usually not that much of a septic hole. But if I only begin to read the comments on 9gag and youtube, it makes my brain hurt and I feel like punching someone - like, seriously? We're supposed to be a bloody pinnacle of civilization?! Then brink in the fucking aliens! :P
So, yeah... I get you!

I mostly only have people I know in real life on my Facebook, plus a few really close online friends/family like from high school and all that. Some of the things they post just make me despair for the human race at times, and other times they post nice things that I like, so it's a bit of an odd state of affairs at times. I'm with you on bringing on the aliens. If this is civilization, they can have it, and welcome! Anyway, I'll quit ranting, but thank you so much for the hugs and support. I really do appreciate them very much. *hugs*

Life is too short for Facebook drama. Unfriend anyone who's upsetting you (whether they're doing it deliberately or not). You don't owe anyone an explanation as to why. I guarantee your outlook will improve once you get rid of the negativity.
