Notes: Some Harry/Severus, just because I wanted to. Not beta’ed, but I hope it’s enjoyable anyway.

Summary: Harry is keeping a secret, but now he’s ready to tell.

Telling

“Where do you think you’re going?”

“I have to get ready for Sunday lunch.”

“Can’t you skive off?”

“Molly would kill me. And I can’t believe that you, of all people, are encouraging me to skive off. You know I have obligations.”

“I’ll make it worth your while, Mister Potter. Take your clothes off and get back into my bed.”

“Tempting as that is, Severus, I don’t have to follow your orders.”

“As I recall, you generally have no problem following my orders.”

“Severus, you are the devil incarnate sometimes. Do you know that?”

“What I know is that I find myself wholly unable to quell the desire to ravish you. Are you quite sure I can’t convince you to stay here with me? I can’t cook as well as the Weasley matriarch, but I’m quite capable of satisfying your…appetites.”

“Severus, why must you be so damned irresistible to me?”

“We seem to have….a natural chemistry.”

“I’m quite amazed we haven’t managed to set something ablaze yet.”

“You are the one with the wild magic, Potter.”

“Care to tame me, Severus?”

“I thought you had to make an appearance at the Weasley Burrow for a family meal soon? Or would you rather we put on an exhibition for whomever they send after you?”

“I’d rather not have my tattoos on display for all and sundry, thank you. Those are only for you to see.”

“Tattoos are barbaric, but I can’t deny that the sight of yours stirs something primal in me.”

“That, my dear Severus, was the point. I wanted to show you that I was willing to commit to you.”

“And yet, you still haven’t told the Weasleys that we’re…seeing each other?”

“I thought Molly might hex your balls off when she found out, and I rather like them where they are.”

“I’m willing to take that risk if you are, Potter.”

“What if she actually does hex your balls off?”

“That’s why they make Armour spells, Potter.”

“Well, come on then. Come to the Weasleys’ with me. Now that I know your balls are safe, there’s no reason we can’t shout it from the rooftops.”

“Merlin help me. You are much too Gryffindor.”

Oooh, that should be a fun lunch!
Although I bet Molly is fine with it. I suspect she just wants Harry to be happy, and he clearly is with Severus.

I think Harry is probably expecting the worst, but Molly will most likely surprise him. I'm so glad you approved of this one. That really makes my day! :)
