Summary: Draco gets ready for a party.
“Draco! Hurry up, would you? We’re late!”
“Don’t rush me, Harry! I have to look perfect. You know Ginevra is going to be there.”
“Draco, Ginny and I broke up ages ago. I didn’t want her then, and I don’t want her now.”
“I know that and you know that, but I’m not sure she does.”
“She can’t steal me from you when I have no desire to be stolen, now can she? Merlin, you look positively edible in that!”
“Was it worth the wait?”
“Oh, most definitely. But I’m not sure I want to let you out of the house now. The party can wait.”
“Oh, no it can’t. You did say we were already late. Come on, Harry. The last time we were late we got pranked by the twins. They snuck aphrodisiac potions into the punch and kept on measuring the length of time we spent going at it. It was rather embarrassing.”
“They needed test subjects, didn’t they? Besides, those potions were rather…stimulating.”
“True, but I have no desire to repeat the experience. I couldn’t sit down for a week after that. Shall we go?”
“I think I’d rather stay home and service your needs. You look entirely too tempting in leather trousers.”
“Won’t the dragon tamer be upset if you miss his party?”
“If Charlie could see you in those trousers, he’d definitely understand my desire to skive off.”
“They are your family, though. We should be going.”
“You’re going to torture me, aren’t you?’
“Only in the best ways. Are you going to behave tonight?”
“Yes. Always.”
“And you won’t go off with Ginevra? Even if she begs you?”
“No. Never.”
“And who is it that you belong to?”
“You. Only you.”
“That’s right. And I belong to you. No one can break us apart.”
“Not in a million years, love. You are everything to me. Even if you don’t play fair.”
‘Who’s being unfair? These are perfectly decent leather trousers, I’ll have you know.”
“You know what the sight of you in leather does to me.”
“I do. Why else do think I wore these?”
