Having an emotional time here

bleedingangel84Hello. I'm having one of those nights where I just want to cry, and it makes no sense.
My uncle is doing somewhat better. He is breathing on his own, and now that the tube is out of his throat, he was able to tell my grandmother he loves her, which made my grandmother happy when my aunt passed on the message. It made me happy, too. Just so thankful he's better, and hopefully will only improve from here.
I talked to a friend on the phone for nearly an hour.
All of that should have me feeling, good, but tonight I'm just lonely and feeling sad.
I need a hug and for someone to say that it's okay to me. That I don't need to hate myself.
