Skulls and Angels

I haven't really posted anything much since I got back from the mountains, so first things first, my heartiest thanks nenne, olimakiella, veritas03 and last, but most certainly not least, the lovely enchanted_jae for my birthday fic, Red Ruffles. You all really helped to make my June a whole lot better than it would've been without you. If there is anyone I've forgotten to thank by name, you have my deepest apologies and sincerest gratitude.

I am sorry I didn't do as I usually would've and leave messages of thanks for each of you individually, but my personal life suffered a downturn after my trip, and I've had a bit of a difficult time adjusting to that. That's no excuse to be rude, I know, but it's all the explanation I can offer.

I've spent most of my time just trying to function as close to normally as I can. Some days I'm okay, and some days I feel like absolute shit and never want to wake up. I can smile and laugh most of the time. I'm not completely hopeless, but I'm not particularly hopeful, either. I just feel like my life went grey. I'm surviving, though. No plans to do anything I shouldn't, so no worries.
